I want to share how satisfied I have been with the professionalism of broker Greta Marcheva — first with one property, then another, and now with a home I plan to buy.
2025: my apartment
In 2025 I rented out an apartment with Greta’s help. Right away I noticed how professionally she handled the things tenants see first: the photographs, the text of the listing and the way the whole listing was presented.
2026: my shop
That experience is why, in 2026, I came back to her to rent out a shop. Once again I saw competence, responsiveness and real expertise. Billboards and flyers were produced, and I received regular reports about the interested clients.
She presented my property beautifully and took the time to explain the economic and legal questions to prospective clients. She helped with the rental contracts, and the new tenants were handed the property with signed handover protocols, so everything was clearly recorded.
What comes next
After those two assignments, I chose to work with her again. At the time I wrote my review, I had signed a brokerage agreement with Greta for the purchase of a home.
